Build Process

1. Pre-Construction Planning and Contracts                    

  • Set a strong foundation for the project by aligning on expectations, timeline, and quality standards.

  • Conduct a detailed review of the finalized 3D model and floor plans with the client. Confirm all materials, finishes, and specifications to ensure they meet the client’s vision and quality expectations.

  • Provide and review detailed documentation so our clients are aware of exactly what they can expect. (Contracts, Per Room Breakdown, Articles of specifications)

2. Construction with Quality Control and Client Engagement

  • We build to the highest standards of craftsmanship with regular client involvement and quality checks at each phase.

  • Construction begins with hands-on oversight, ensuring each stage meets structural and design specifications. We conduct frequent quality control checks, especially at key milestones (e.g., Excavation, foundation, framing, electrical, and plumbing stages). Schedule walkthroughs with our client at major phases, allowing them to see the progress firsthand and address any concerns immediately. This gives our clients the opportunity to customize every detail from electrical outlet/switch placement to custom layouts of closets.

  • We walk our clients through the building process, attend all meetings for material selections, cabinet design meeting, electrical fixtures etc.

3. Final Detailing, Quality Assurance, and Client Handover

  • We strive to deliver a high quality, personalized home that meets the client’s vision in a timely matter.

  • Conduct thorough final inspections, focusing on details of finish work and any custom features. Conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure they’re satisfied with all aspects of the build. Address any final touch-ups or modifications as needed. As well as ensure that our client is educated on their new home, so they are able to properly maintain the house for years to come.
